How to Make Almond Milk
  • Soak 1 cup of raw almonds in water for 12 hours. Drain and rinse well.
  • Add almonds and 4 cups of filtered water to a blender. Blend well.
  • Place nut milk bag over a bowl and pour milk into the bag. Pull drawstring closed and gently squeeze the bag to release milk into the bowl.
  • Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • TIP! Use your nut pulp for baking or energy balls!
  • TIP! Additions such as cinnamon or turmeric can be delicious.
How to Make Macadamia Milk
  • Soak 1 cup of raw macadamia nuts in water for 8 hours. Drain and rinse well.
  • Add nuts and 4 cups of filtered water to a blender. Blend well.
  • Place nut milk bag over a bowl and pour milk into the bag. Pull drawstring closed and gently squeeze the bag to release milk into the bowl.
  • Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days.

How to Make Choc Hazelnut Milk
  • Soak 1 cup of raw Halzenuts in water for 12 hours. Drain and rinse well.
  • Add nuts, 4 medjool dates, 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, 1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder or extract, 4 cups of filtered and 1/4 tsp salt into a blender and process for 1 minute.
  • Place nut milk bag over a bowl and pour mixture into the bag. Pull drawstring closed and gently squeeze the bag to release liquid into the bowl.
  • Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days.
